"Motors at the Museum" is right around the corner!!!In the interest of making this a car owners' show, we've added a few new elements to ensure everyone's happiness.
We understand the first week of September is usually hot outside. So, to make that more comfortable, we bought a 40 x 60 revival tent so everyone can stand under and visit with their friends while looking at their cars.
We've also moved the time to 8 AM to 12 PM Eastern Standard Time so we're not out there the whole day sweating. Everyone knows that college football season is going on, so we don't want you out there too long.
As always, we're rounding up swag to give away to all the car owners, so you can expect us to have some pretty neat things to give away.
Of course, the money tree will be in effect, so those interested in joining in can, and those who don't, it's not mandatory.
Everyone is welcomed to join in with us to make this a successful show. If you have some ideas that you'd like us to consider, please contact me personally, and we will discuss.
On a more somber note, it's becoming obvious lately that a lot of the car shows have been dying off. As long as the car owners will support our efforts, then we'll keep this thing rolling. If it becomes apparent that there's no interest, well, you know what's next.
Please do your part to get the word out about the show. When you're eating breakfast at McDonald's, sitting around your car group, mention it to them. It's really important that we support our car show community.
