MotivateMe Monday Run Club Series - Powered by lululemon

Join us on the first Monday of the month for a socially paced run or walk. Every event is open to all paces and kicks off with welcoming energy and good vibes. After the run, cool off on the patio at South City Kitchen with refreshing beverages and great company. Plus, enjoy exciting chances to win fun prizes at most events!

Arrive by 6:00 p.m. at lululemon Avalon and meet your run coach Betsy Magato with Strong Run Coaching (@strongruncoach). She will guide you on a 45-minute run/walk ending at an Avalon favorite, South City Kitchen at The Hotel at Avalon. There you can kick back, relax, and connect with your run club friends. Each runner will enjoy a complimentary cocktail or mocktail on the South City Kitchen Patio, reserved exclusively for our MotivateMe Monday Run Club participants.

Additional Food and Beverage will be available for purchase.

Inclement Weather Plan- Event is rain or shine but should there be inclement weather that effects safety such as thunder or lightning, any preregistered guest will be notified by 3:00 p.m of any event cancellation.
