Motivate Me Thursday - Fitness in the Park- Spring /Summer Sessions
Join me on Thursday 30th May for our Thursday Night Fitness Session back in Danestone Country Park for the Spring/Summer Season🌞
Meeting on the field in Danestone Country Park at 18.30pm
Our sessions in the park are always lots of fun and are different every week! We play Fitness Games, we use a variety of equipment, we sometimes go all out💪😅 and sometimes we enjoy a slow flow🧘🏻‍♀️. I do my best to keep things fun and interesting!
Fitness definitely isn’t boring on a Thursday 🥰
**please note you do not need to be a ‘runner’ or into running to join us for these sessions as there is very little running involved during our Spring/Summer Sessions it’s more a variety of fitness activities/cardio and as with all our sessions you can choose to go at your own pace and an alternative will always be available**
Please dress appropriately as these sessions do usually go ahead regardless of the weather(unless it’s unsafe to do so) and please remember to bring some water👍
