Mother’s Looking For Community
About this Event
Having children is such a life change event that no one can truly prepare you for. For many mothers they go through these changes either in isolation or in silence.
Motherhood is hard but you don’t have to go through it alone.
Our therapist-led support group provides a supportive space where moms can process the hardships that comes within motherhood.
Our therapist specializes in maternal mental health and can help mothers navigate these foundational years with stability and security.
Some items we go over in group are:
- Feeling constantly anxious and navigating post-partum anxiety
- Shifts within relational dynamics
- Changes with identity
- Preventing burn out
- Questioning if you’re parenting "correctly"
Enrollment is limited to just 10 participants to create a supportive, intimate environment where every mother has time to share, receive feedback, and ask any questions.
Led by Vanessa Santana-Garcia:

- Supervised by Dr. Stephanie Pelayo, PSY #19697
