Mother’s Day Self-Care Spa Immersion

Treat yourself or a deserving mom to a day of reflection, connection, and rejuvenation. Spots are limited to 8 women to keep this experience intimate and intentional.

You will be guided through the healing mineral springs at WorldSprings by Angel Theodore, a certified and trauma-informed life coach and founder of My Self-Care Catalyst. Angel will gently lead you through reflective prompts, embodied moments, and meaningful connection designed to help you slow down and come back to yourself.

Throughout the day we’ll move intentionally through:

• Guided reflection in the springs
• Meaningful conversation
• Light embodiment and movement
• Intentional connection with other women just like you
• Space to recalibrate mentally and emotionally

This is more than a spa day. It is a sacred pause.
