Let’s celebrate Mother’s Day with a fun, feel-good morning hike with East Coast Hikers! Moms, grandmas, bonus-moms, and anyone celebrating a mother figure are all welcome. 💛 If Mother’s Day is a tender day for you because your mom is no longer here, you’re still so welcome. Join us for a memorial walk in her honor—we’ll be holding you in our hearts on the trail.
Meetup Location:
➡️ We’ll meet at the picnic shelter after you enter the park. Look for our group!
Parking:
🅿️ Park in the main lot. If the parking lot is full, you can park on the street or the office parking lot across from the park.
Hike Details:
✅ Choose your distance — 1–3 laps around the lake (social pace / regroup as needed).
✅ Trail type: Flat, paved & packed paths around the lake.
🎀 Theme: Wear florals, pastels, pink/white, or Mom’s favorite color. 🌸
💧 Bring: Water, comfy shoes, sunscreen/bug spray.
