• Cheese Fondue & Charcuterie Station: Assorted smoked meats, cheeses, house-made smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, fruits, and vegetables.
• Breakfast & Entrees: Roast Beef carving station, Brown Sugar Glazed Ham, Eggs Benedict, Maple Butter Breakfast Sausage, Tomato & Bacon Frittata, French Toast with real maple syrup, and Meat-filled Lasagna.
• Salad Bar: Hand-crafted fresh seasonal salads.
• Dessert Station: Cheesecake, Strawberry/Rhubarb Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, Apple Almond Strudel, and Chocolate Fudge Cake.
