Mother’s Day 5K Race at VB Oceanfront (Walk, Jog, or Run) 🌷💐
East Coast Hikers is heading to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront for a fun Mother’s Day weekend race on Saturday, May 9, 2026! We’ll be doing the 5K as a brisk walk (not running), but you’re absolutely welcome to jog or run it at your own pace. You can also sign up for the 10 Miler if that’s your vibe. Race start is 7:30 AM 🕢 — we’ll meet at 7:00 AM at 16th Street & the Boardwalk (Virginia Beach, VA 23451) for a quick hello + group photo, then walk to the start line at 15th Street & Pacific Avenue together.
💡 Pricing note: registration is currently at a limited-time rate and prices will go up soon (no exact cutoff listed), so if you’re planning to join, it’s best to register sooner rather than later. Note: there’s a $10 fee if you choose the cancel option during registration. Who’s in? 💐🥇
