Join Catherine from Stroud Motherhood Collective for a mindful, restful yoga class that is just for you - no children invited!
For mothers of all ages and stages (and welcoming pregnant women).
We will start class with tea and connecting with other mothers in a sharing circle, and then move into a gentle whole body yoga flow. We'll end with a gloriously long relaxation.
Prices are offered on a sliding scale, with two community spaces free of charge.
