Mothers’ Emotional Support Group Being a mother is one of the most beautiful and sometimes most overwhelming journeys we can walk.
At Sound of Cave Creek, we are creating a safe, nurturing space where mothers can gather, breathe, and support one another.
This group is open to all mothers, whether your children are young, grown, or somewhere in between. Together we will share stories, release stress, and reconnect with our inner strength. Gentle practices of mindfulness, sound, and community connection will help restore balance and bring comfort to the heart.
What to Expect:
45-minute guided sound bath. Sit, rest, and take in the soothing vibrations from the bowls and music.
Followed by 45 45-minute social gathering and hot tea.
A safe, judgment-free space for open conversation
Guided relaxation and grounding practices
Support from other mothers who understand
Time to pause, breathe, and feel truly heard
