Celebrate Mother’s Day with mindful moments, wagging tails, and heartwarming stretches at PawgaWelcome to India’s first pet yoga experience!We are so happy you chose to stand for the shelter pets with us.So what is Pawga all about?Pawga was started in 2020 to help shelter pets socialise, find a forever home, and also raise funds for the shelter. Basically, we are your OG puppy yoga gang!What do I even do at puppy yoga?!You practice beginner-friendly yoga as the puppies/dogs from the shelter run around you. We do not lift the puppies/dogs or do yoga with them, but rather find the sweet spot of comfort for them and you through our sessions.How on earth is Pawga helping me?By spending time with our four-legged friends, you can leave your anxieties and stress by the end of the session, hitting a hard refresh for the week ahead.Get ready for a happy high as the puppies run towards you!How am I helping animals through Pawga?The puppies/dogs at Pawga in Chennai are from Blue Cross of India/Fosters across Chennai. Through Pawga, they get loving arms to sleep within and socialize with humans, which helps curb any early signs of depression in them.Moreover, this allows them to find their forever homes. Even if not, a portion of your tickets goes towards animal welfare at the shelter.Also, please note that our puppies come in all sizes.Super important question - do I need to know yoga or what?Not at all! This is a beginner-friendly yoga session, and you'd have a professional leading the session. We are open to all age groups and even pregnant women. Last time we also had a kid in a cradle, no biggie!Also note that the event is for 60 minutes. You can come 15 mins early to the start time (we recommend this) and leave 15-20 mins late after the end time. You might see puppies/older dogs, whoever is up for adoption. We aim to help animals looking for adoption, and we don't discriminate in size.Note: There is no parking space available at the venue. We recommend using cabs/auto or nearby public parking options.
