You will practice gentle yoga and mindfulness exercises (no prior yoga experience required) in a beautiful 10-acre serene ranch. You will get a behind-the-scene look at where goats eat, live, play and sleep.
You will also meet our other wonderful farm animals (miniature piglets, miniature horses, miniature cows, miniature baby donkey), and have some pleasant surprises (we design each event to be different).
