Mother's Day Sound Bath

Join us this Mother’s Day for a sacred journey into sound, stillness, and soul. This is more than a sound bath—it is a celebration of the Divine Feminine that lives within us all.

In the gentle embrace of healing frequencies, we will honor the mothers who gave us life, the women who inspire us, and the feminine essence that nurtures creation itself. Whether you are a mother, have a mother, or simply wish to connect with the feminine energy within, this experience is for you.

You can expect a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs – Guided meditation to awaken the heart and womb space – A sacred circle to honor the feminine lineage – Time for reflection and gentle integration

Doors open 30 minutes prior to start time to give you time to get cozy. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

​​Sounds begin promptly at the scheduled time followed by light stretching and reflection and/or journaling.

​The Sanctuary provides mats, bolsters, and blankets however bring a favorite pillow and/or blanket or whatever you need to comfortably lay on the floor. There are a few zero-gravity chairs which are first come, first served. Also bring water for hydration and a journal to record the magic from your session.
