Treat yourself — or your mum, MIL, sister, aunty, or bestie — to a feel good morning Pilates session, followed by your choice of an iced matcha, iced strawberry matcha, iced latte, or fresh OJ.

This session welcomes all fitness levels. Whether you’re chasing after your kids or your grandkids, I’ve got you.

Enjoy an hour of you time on the mat before the busyness of the day begins, because if anyone deserves to feel strong, calm, and centred… it’s us mums!

Tickets are $30 and this includes your drink of choice. Make sure you DM me your drink order on instagram once you have secured your spot. I can't wait to celebrate you, and all that you do!
