🌸 Celebrate Mother's Day with a fun, flavor packed evening in the beautiful NICHE building in downtown Wichita 🏙️✨ Perfect for families, friends, or anyone who loves cooking and sharing a great meal together.
This interactive class is open to the public and centered around bold, festive dishes inspired by Cinco de Mayo favorites 🍋🌶️
Theme: Cinco De Mayo Favorites
🥗 Starter:
Esquites salad with lime cilantro crema featuring charred corn kernels, cotija, jalapeño, scallion, cilantro, lime, and a touch of chili served warm
🍽️ Main + Side:
Enchiladas verdes de pollo with queso fresco and Mexican red rice with roasted tomatillo poblano salsa verde, pulled chicken, corn tortillas, crema, and classic arroz rojo
🍓 Dessert:
Individual tres leches strawberry parfaits with vanilla sponge soaked in three milks, Mexican vanilla, canela, layered strawberries, and whipped cream
