Join us at The Downe Arms this Mother’s Day and treat Mum to a relaxed and delicious Sunday lunch in the heart of Castleton. With a warm welcome, cosy surroundings and a carefully prepared seasonal menu, it’s the perfect way to say thank you and spend quality time together.We will be serving our special Mother’s Day menu on Sunday 15th March, with sittings available between 12pm and 6pm.
Our menu has been thoughtfully created using quality ingredients and classic flavours with a Downe Arms twist. Guests can enjoy a selection of starters including creamy garlic mushrooms, prawn salad and Korean chicken, followed by traditional roast favourites such as roast sirloin of beef, roast pork loin and chicken supreme. Vegetarian options, including our beetroot wellington, are also available.
All roasts are served with traditional trimmings including Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich gravy.
To finish, indulge in one of our homemade desserts such as chocolate mousse, lemon posset, sticky toffee pudding or a classic affogato.
