This Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10th, we're opening Colorado Sake Co. from ten in the morning until four for a thoughtfully composed dim sum service. Hand-folded dumplings. Steamed buns, soft as clouds. Small plates, each one set down with care and arriving as it's ready — the way dim sum is meant to be enjoyed.

Everything is à la carte. There is no prix-fixe to navigate, no seating to rush. Order a single dish or a tableful. Stay for an hour or three. Pair it, if you'd like, with a flight of our seasonal sakes — brewed just behind the room you're sitting in.
