Mother's Day Tea at Pinnacle Club

Step into an afternoon that feels like it was plucked from a storybook and set 38 floors above the city. Join us on Saturday, May 9th for Mother's Day Weekend at the Pinnacle Club at Grand Hyatt Denver for an elevated Afternoon Tea experience, where mountain and skyline views meet Rishi Teas, layered flavors, and of course - plenty of bubbles!

From 11AM to 2PM, guests will enjoy a single seating, three-course experience with both caffeinated and non-caffeinated tea pairings available throughout.

Your afternoon begins with a welcome beverage as you check out the view, get photos, and enjoy the beginning of the afternoon.

First Course
A plated Organic Wild Arugula Salad featuring fresh strawberries, goat cheese crumble, toasted almonds, and honey Dijon vinaigrette (V, CN, GF)
Paired with Silver Needles or Jasmine Pearls tea

Second Course
A classic three-tiered tea presentation featuring:

• Assorted scones with housemade lemon curd & Devonshire cream
• Fresh fruit
• Cucumber tea sandwiches
• Smoked salmon & dill tea sandwiches
• Egg salad tea sandwiches

Paired with Earl Grey Supreme or Golden Chamomile Blossoms

Third Course
A curated dessert display with:

• Mini lemon bars
• Raspberry vanilla petit fours
• Macarons
• Fresh fruit tartlets

Paired with Peppermint or White Tea Rose Melange
