Scandinavian Relish Tray - salt fish and crackers, cheese, tomato, cucumber, grapes, nuts
Family Style Brunch Feast
2 Finnish Pancakes (with maple syrup, strawberry sauce & whipped cream) per person.
2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 Hoito sausages per person.
1 piece of Pulla French Toast (with blueberry sauce and whipped cream) per person.
AND a big side of their famous crispy home fries to share.
Dessert ~Dessert Cups and Mixed Fruit Salad
All tickets are inclusive of coffee, tea, and your choice of apple or orange juice
$6 Mimosas will be available! from Woodside Bar
This past year we welcomed The Hoito permanently into Goods & Co. Market. We are pulling out all of the stops again with authentic Hoito vibes from the old blue chairs, orange slices, the paper placemats and other decor delights we all miss so dearly!
More surprise Finnish treasures will be a big part of this fundraiser brunch; including a Hoito pop-up shop with gifts for mom!
Think rice pudding to go, pancake mix, coffee, Hoito mugs, shirts, flowers and so much more!
*Gluten Free Pancakes available, not prepared in a Gluten Free kitchen.
Tickets are non refundable. Tables of 2 to 8 guests.
*all proceeds from pancake sales go to the The Finlandia Co-operative.
