Tea & juice stations.
Danishes, muffins and croissants, Fresh fruit, berries and yoghurts, Toasted muesli, Sour-dough breads, fruit loaf, English muffins with jams & spreads
Hot: Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Rosemary & garlic mushrooms, Roasted tomatoes, Poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, Potato hash browns
Sweet: Pancake station, whipped cream, berry compote & syrup!
LUNCH:

🍽️ Lunch Includes:
Sides& Snacks: Selection of artisan cheese’s, dips, pates, olives and breads. Salumi boards with marinated and pickled vegetables
Antipasto platters with fresh focaccia, flatbreads, crackers and lavosh.
Salads:
Couscous Salad with pumpkin, feta, semi-dried tomatoes, spinach
Macaroni salad with basil pesto, semi-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and confit cherry tomatoes.
Garden salad with a champagne reduction emulsified with fresh orange dressing.
Hot: Roast Scottsdale pork with crackle and apple sauce, Roasted mustard rubbed beef rump, Pasta Bake with ricotta and Napoli sauce, Creamy mash with infused rosemary butter, Roast pumpkin and potato medley with thyme and sage oil. Cauliflower raclette baked in a parsley and garlic cream.
Dessert:
Pavlova & Brownie station loaded with whipped cream, fruit, berries, chocolate sauce and syrup!
