Mother's Day Blessing in Honor of Expecting Moms

Join us in the beautiful outdoor studio at Nirvana Retreat Center for a Mother’s Day Blessing Ceremony—a deeply nourishing experience designed to honor and celebrate pregnancy through connection, ritual, and shared presence.

This is not a class—and it’s not a workshop.
It’s a guided ceremonial experience to slow down, connect, and create a meaningful memory with those closest to you.

Together, you’ll be guided through moments of reflection, relaxation, and celebration—honoring the journey into motherhood in a way that feels grounding, supported, and special.

3:30 PM – Arrival + Flower Crown Ceremony (30 min)
Arrive, settle in, and receive a flower crown (for expecting mothers)
Tea + light refreshments available
Connect with other guests in a relaxed setting

4:00 PM – Opening Circle + Intention Setting (30 min)
Welcome + grounding
Guided intention setting and journaling
Creating space for connection and reflection

4:30 PM – Sound Healing Journey (45 min)
A guided sound healing experience to support deep relaxation
Allow the body to soften and the mind to settle
Transition into a calm, receptive state

5:15 PM – Belly Painting + Connection (60 min)
A creative and meaningful ritual honoring the pregnant body
Loved ones (this is an all women's ceremony) are invited to participate in painting or witnessing
Light music, refreshments, and connection throughout

6:15 PM – Integration + Closing Blessing (30–45 min)
Tea + light refreshments
Closing circle with shared blessings and gratitude
A gentle, intentional close to the experience
