Join us on Weds August 20th for a session of b*tching & boxing.The theme for circle is going to be⚡️ MATERNAL RAGE ⚡️ as we dissect and discuss all those nitty-picky lil things that really get our blooding boiling and how this has been exasperated since becoming parents.
For the second part of the circle I'll be joined by local PT Jade Taylor as we put some of those feelings to good use with a 30 minute boxing class.
As it's the big bad six week hols please do feel free to bring other children along if you don't have childcare - the more the merrier 💘
