We are delighted to be launching MOTHERGOOD at Abbotsford on Friday 20th March for mums with children from 0 to 3 years.
We are a playgroup with a difference. Led by a qualified counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the group will provide a welcoming space where mums can connect, reflect and support one another through the challenges and joys of motherhood.
Each session will include relaxed conversation, reflective activities and occasional guest speakers covering topics such as wellbeing, health, family life and education.
Refreshments will be provided. The cost is £2.
