Learn the art of making sour dough bread. Make starter dough (starter dough for all attendees) so you will be able to take home and let bulk ferment & bake at home. Learn techniques to stretch & fold, shape & then scoring the dough. Instruction for maintaining & understanding your starter dough.Your artisan host is Sandra Thomae (Owner Motherdough Cottage Bakery).
Street parking is available and also there's a free municipal parking lot across the street from our venue.
The Creative Spirit Bar is open for all events serving a curated international wine selection, a variety of craft & domestic beer, signature cocktails, soft drinks and coffee.
