Explore the mother wound, family roles, emotional inheritance, and the parts of you that had to grow up too soon.
About this Event

Some wounds do not begin with us, but they shape how we love, work, rest, speak, and show up in relationships.

The mother wound can show up as guilt, over-functioning, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, feeling unseen, or carrying the emotional weight of the family. This 2-hour training is an invitation to gently explore the impact of maternal relationships, emotional inheritance, and the roles we learned to play in order to feel safe, loved, or needed.

This is not about blame. It is about awareness, truth, compassion, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, rushed, or overlooked.

During this training, we will explore:

  • What the mother wound is and how it can show up in adulthood
  • The difference between love, guilt, loyalty, and obligation
  • How family roles can shape your nervous system and relationships
  • Why boundaries with maternal figures can feel so difficult
  • How to begin reconnecting with the self beneath the role

Workshop Format:

This is a 2-hour experiential training that includes teaching, guided reflection, journaling, gentle somatic practice, optional sharing, and a closing sound meditation.
