Please join us and Shannon with Mother Firefly's Healing Meditation.
Each session will begin with introduction and the explanation and full participation of the
"Composting breath technique"
That will flow into a 10/15 mins of slightly guided Mindfulness Meditation Each attendee will receive a CHAKRA ALIGNMENT and some sort of healing light energies during the event meditation.
Once we are all settled back in
A 25/30 min recorded guided Meditation will begin. With permission from each attendee, this meditation will include HEALING ENERGIES from Mother Firefly, creating a very unique and supportive experience like never before.
Each session is customized and tailored to the energies of each individual attending that make a collective one of a kind experience.

It gets very, very chilly in the 2nd portion of the meditation when we lay down.
Something to sit or lay on, such as
meditation cushions, mat, and or yoga mat that will support you comfortably.
Pillows and BLANKETS are encouraged, for maximum comfort.
This is a very laid back atmosphere that is welcoming to ALL and please feel free to bring whatever makes you cozy for your authentic selves.
This meditation class is for all levels of meditation experience and ALL attendees will receive healing energy work from Mother Firefly's Healing if permission is given.
Before and after meditation session,
#CLARKSTONZEN will be open for us to shop our favorite unique goods.
