This empowering practical workshop is designed especially for creative mothers, to build confidence and promote you to be able to show up with authenticity, as you navigate the unique challenges of being a parent in the performing arts.

This workshop will:

• Build your audition confidence

• Strengthen your identity as a performing parent

• Develop your confidence to articulate your needs in rehearsal, tech. on set and in production.

• Celebrate your unique creative offer as a mother artist

• Connect you with other performing mothers who ‘get it’

Led by theatre directors and mothers, Emma Gersch and Hannah Chissick this workshop will focus on recognising and harnessing the unique strengths motherhood cultivates — from resilience to adaptability, channelling them into a compelling creative offer for future employers.

Held in our beautiful North London venue — warm, bright and welcoming — this is a space to reconnect with your skills, reframe your experience, and return to work feeling empowered, focused and inspired.

The workshop will run from 10.30am-1.30pm, with the option to bring lunch and socialise afterwards, to connect with like-minded creative mothers.
