Mother & Baby Circle

Come join us for a new weekly gathering at Do It Like A Mother. Our Mother & Baby Circle is the perfect opportunity for new mums to connect, and to share experiences without any of the noise that often surrounds them. No unsolicited advice, no opinions, no judgement. Just a chance to breathe deeply, welcome in spaciousness, and release whatever is on your mind.

Our group is open to all mothers with babes in arms and will be a relaxed circle environment. Crying, hungry or sleeping babies are all welcome and you can feed, change or move around as you need. Mothers are invited to comes exactly as they are.

During the circle there will be some guided exercises to help you connect with your breath body, and voice, however, there is never any pressure to share, and holding space for others is just as important a role.

As I seek to build our community, all first circles will be free!

Spaces are then £10 per circle or £50 for a block of 6.

A pay what you can option is also available.
