Motawi Tileworks will host its third annual Winter Market event on Saturday, December 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All events are drop-in; no registration is required.DETAILS:
Santa and Mrs. Claus (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.): Capture wonderful family photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Tile signing with Nawal (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.): Personalize your tile gifts with Nawal Motawi’s signature.
Quick 20-minute Factory Tours (10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.): Enjoy a complimentary tour of our kiln room and tile-making process presentation led by Nawal Motawi.
Motawi Holiday Tile Retrospective (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.): Holiday throwback! Take a walk down memory lane with our timeless holiday tiles from the Motawi archive.
Motawi’s Gallery & Boneyard: Open regular hours during event (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
Staff Art (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.): Motawi artisans will have their own work for sale and on display in a festive Christkindlmarkt environment. Shop locally made ceramics, jewelry, mixed media work and more.
Krampuslauf (2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.): Get creative and strut your stuff! Meet by the bonfire on the Motawi front lawn in your best Krampus costume. The 10 best Krampus costumes will win our 6x6 Krampus tile in a special colorway!
