Age is determined as of January 1st
Tiny Pro Flag ages 4-5
Little Pro Flag ages 6-7
Freshman Flag ages 8-9
JV Flag (with flags but modified 7v7 rules) ages 10-11
Varsity 7v7 (no flags) ages 12-14 (cannot be in high school)
High school 7v7 ages 14-17 (cannot turn 18 during the season)
Girls Flag 8U ages 6-8
Girls Flag 11U ages 9-11
Girls Flag 14U ages 12-14
Girls High School Flag 14-17 (cannot turn 18 during the season)

What is the combine? Who should attend?
The combine is a series of drills/stations for your athlete to demonstrate speed, accuracy and agility
The coaches will be watching and taking notes to help when drafting teams
All registered athletes should attend the combine
If you cannot attend the combine, you will still be placed on a team, but not eligible to be drafted
Athletes should wear athletic wear with cleats or athletic footwear (please dress for the weather)
We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your combine time to check-in
Check-in at the pavilion color listed for your division

Practice is one hour prior to your game
consists of 8 regular season games + playoffs (every team makes the playoffs)
