You must register by using the link or calling the number below.***While many species become dormant over the winter, lichens and mosses are thriving! Come enjoy a winter morning learning about these unique and hardy species. This program will begin outside, hiking and searching for species in the wild. Then we’ll head indoors for warm beverages and a closer look at some specimens under our scopes.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 10 or older.

Please dress for the weather.
Participants will hike 1 mile to 2 miles over paved surfaces and uneven, natural terrain.
