Engaging in creative activities and meditation practices can provide a mindful approach to relaxation and enjoyment of the present moment. Take a day for yourself to cultivate new skills and unwind in a peaceful environment. The day will commence with an introduction and a relaxing meditation session led by Sharon. Following a brief intermission, Justine will then guide participants through an engaging mosaic workshop with a break for lunch. After Lunch the mosaics will be finished followed by a healing meditation session. Then you will grout and finish your mosaics ending the day with a conclusion circle grounding meditation.
Justine Stroud, BA Hons from Primary Colours Murals & Mosaics, is a seasoned and qualified artist who will oversee the mosaic session. Participants will receive comprehensive instructions on utilising wheeled tile cutters, as well as health and safety guidelines. A diverse selection of tiles, glue, grout, and all necessary equipment will be provided. Additionally, attendees will receive a materials list to facilitate future mosaic projects at home, a guide on waterproofing their mosaic, and access to a variety of mosaic books.
Sharon Barbour is a proficient spiritual leader of knowledge, author, and trance communicator. The collaboration with Justine was born out of their mutual recognition of the power of creativity and meditation as tools for mindfulness, aiding individuals in relaxation and fostering a calmer, more collective perspective on the world around them.
The workshop is £65 for the day. A non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure your place. Then the next payment of £55 two weeks before the workshop is due. Please bring your own lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Time 10.am to 4.30pm. Please arrive by 9.45 to settle in.
Day Workshop booking terms
We ask for a non refundable £10 deposit to secure a space - only refunded if we have to cancel the course. No space will be booked unless we have deposit or full payment. If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your workshop place up to 8 days before the event a refund is given minus the deposit. If you cancel 7 days or less
before the event there is no refund given.
