Craft Your Own Mosaic Mirror: A Hands-On Art Workshop
Unleash your creativity and transform simple materials into a stunning piece of functional wall decor! In this workshop, you will explore the ancient art of mosaics by designing and assembling a personalized frame and mirror.
Under the guidance of an expert instructor, you will experiment with color theory, composition, and texture using a wide variety of materials, including stained glass, iridescent tiles, beads, and gems. You’ll learn essential techniques for safely nipping and shaping glass, using proper adhesives, and finishing your piece with grout.
This is a 2 part class. During the first class you will design, layout, and glue your mirror. You will then return for a second session to grout and finalize your design. All materials are provided. The cost for the class is $50.
