Mortgage 101

A home purchase may be the largest investment your client will ever make. The mortgage may also be your client's largest debt. This course presents a high level overview of mortgage products and programs for your buyers. The mortgage process can be complex, and this course will help agents understand the process, the financing options, and help them become a liaison between the buyer and lender. The agent and mortgage lender need to be a team to accomplish the home ownership goals of the client.
