Research shows that talking about death actually reduces stress, depression, and anxiety while improving life satisfaction. Normalizing uncomfortable or taboo topics such as dying and death helps to bring our fears into the light where they are more easily acknowledged and resolved.
Mortality Matters is a safe, community-led space to explore these themes without an agenda.
