MORTAL COMBAT FIGHT NIGHT 2024.Sat 2 Nov: Doors open 4pm. First fight at 5pm sharp.
Ringside tables are sold out, all other tickets are door sales only.
* Do not purchase any online tickets or livestream links or events as these are scams.
DOOR SALES:
$40 for Adults and Secondary school aged.
$10 for Intermediate and Primary school aged.
Under 5s free.
* All general admission tickets are door sales only (no eftpos).
* All under 18yrs must be actively supervised at all times as required by the liquor licence – no exceptions.
RINGSIDE TABLES:
Are now all booked out, although we are holding a waiting list. Text first and last name to 021 177 5011 if you want to be on waitlist.
* All tables are not catered; you buy your own food & drinks.
* Everyone on your table will need their tickets to get in: No ticket, no entry, no exceptions.
* There are no door sales for Ringside tables.
* Do not purchase any online tickets or livestream links or events as these are scams.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & BEHAVIOUR:
Anyone deemed by us to be intoxicated or not following the below expectations will be denied entry or asked to leave/escorted off premises.
* If you’ve been asked to leave from any of our previous tournaments, you will not be let-in to this or future tournaments.
* This is a family event, so please no abusive, offensive, gang or un-sportsman-like behaviour.
* Bag checks and vetting will be conducted at entrance.
* Please bring your approved ID and don’t be offended if you are asked for ID.
* We will not serve those who we deem intoxicated or those who cannot prove they are of legal age.
* No drinking/pre-loading in car parks or surrounding areas - security and Māori Wardens will be monitoring this.
* No alcohol, food or drinks to be brought into premises.
* All alcohol purchased must be consumed inside, and no alcohol to be taken off premises.
* Tidy dress is essential. Strictly no gang regalia or colours.
* If you bring minors (under 18s) they must be with you at all times.
DRINKS & FOOD:
* Cash bar (no eftpos) and plenty of value-for-money hot food available.
* Non-alcoholic drinks, beer and pre-mix's available (no wine).
* You cannot bring your own food or drink.
FIGHTS/FIGHTERS:
* All fights will be Modified Thai rules (with spinning back-fists) unless alternate rules are arranged with promoter and both gyms.
* All fighters 16yrs and over need to bring current blood test results (within 6 months) for HIV, Hep B and Hep C to medical check.
* All fighters from Eastern Bay of Plenty are expected to attend the weigh-in and medical check at 11.30am (same day) at the venue.
* All others can do a video weigh-in at 11.30am (same day) and complete their medical check at venue from 3.30pm.
* The final fight card will be posted the week of the event.
* Karakia and Fight briefing at 4.30pm; 1st fight at 5pm sharp.

RING GIRLS:
* We are on the hunt again for some attractive/slim/sporty Ring-girls. Must be 18yrs or older. The tournament is a family-friendly event so a sporty look is preferred.
