What can I say about Kay and Zest Yoga. Kay is an amazing and inspiring teacher. She takes time to ensure everyone’s needs are met on her retreats and her classes are inspiring and fun.
I’ve just spent one of the most rewarding weekends in Wales, with some amazing and wonderful women.
The accommodation was amazing and unique for those of us outside the main house. Mine was The Treehouse - within and between two mighty oaks - I felt safe and grounded.
The Yoga was all about the elements Earth started it and Fire finished the weekend.
Food prepared by Kay and helped by Sue. Nutritious and delicious and met the needs of us all.
Walking meditation and the hot tub - mandala painting on rocks and glass painting - I found my creativity.
But mostly it was the company - belly laughs, relaxing and good conversations.
Roll on to the next one I’ve made friends for life on this one

I started Kay’s yoga classes in February 2024 and I would highly recommend going if you’re new to yoga or just looking for something different. Kay is an amazing yoga instructor who caters to everyone’s needs and the classes are friendly and just brilliant. I recently went on one of Kay’s yoga retreats in Wales which was the most relaxing, uplifting and enjoyable experience ever! Thank you Kay for being so fabulous ☺️
