The Third Stop in Our “Around the World” Appetizer Cooking Series!
Join us for an unforgettable afternoon as we journey to Morocco, a country celebrated for its aromatic spices, vibrant flavors, and rich culinary traditions!
In this fun, hands-on cooking class, Amy Civica, The Kitchen Fairy, will guide you through creating three elegant Moroccan-inspired appetizers. Discover the art of blending fragrant spices, fresh herbs, citrus, and sweet and savory ingredients while enjoying beautifully paired wines from Natalie’s Estate Winery.
Our Moroccan-Inspired Appetizer Menu:
Goat Cheese Briouats with Orange Blossom Honey & Pistachios – Beautiful and delicate for serving, plus we can teach the phyllo-folding technique with a sweet almond version for guests to take home.
Chermoula Prawns with Preserved Lemon Aioli – Fresh, colorful and gorgeous on the plate. Guests can make their own chermoula and use it to finish their dish.
Lamb Kefta Skewers with Pomegranate Glaze
Tender, juicy lamb skewers seasoned with aromatic Moroccan spices, fresh herbs, and garlic, then grilled and brushed with a rich, tangy-sweet pomegranate glaze.
