About this Event
Picture this: you're sitting on a blanket hillside, mocktail in hand, sunset in the distance, music from the Scarborough artists, catching up with old friends. This could be you!
Morningside Festival is a celebration of everything that makes Scarborough special. This year we have doubled in size from 3 to 6 artists. We've got singer-songwriters, folk, r&b, city pop, and alternative. A little bit of something for everyone!
This event is PWYC, so it is technically free to attend, however attendees who are able to donate will have access to complimentary food, drinks, mocktails, and snacks. And also if you donate, 100% of the ticket sales go directly to the artists, so not only are you going to have a great time, you will also be directly supporting local talent!
To end the night, we will be ending with a jam session! So whether you are musically talented or just want to hit a tambourine, all are welcome to jam out with the artists. We will have some percussion instruments however we recommend bringing your own instruments!
