Morning Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga With Samantha Strykowski

Samantha teaches power vinyasa flows that encourage students to weave affirmations and visual meditations into their practice. Inspired by Ashtanga Yoga, her classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners wanting to dive deeper into peak poses both on and off the mat. Classes are designed to empower students to rewrite unhelpful narratives into new stories that pack confidence, self love, and no fears of holding back. 

Samantha took her first yoga class as part of fitness instructor training through Eastern Illinois University in 2010 and found the practice to be life changing both mentally and physically. Influenced by her background in psychology, she sources techniques from EMDR Therapy into the guided meditations and stories students create for themselves throughout class. She holds a 200 Hour YTT certificate she achieved in Panama over Summer 2025 under the mentorship of Catherine Wetencamp and Elyse Leren of Kintsugi Yoga.
