morning yoga + urban hike + sound bath at signal hill ☀️

okay hear me out - what if we hiked up signal hill together, did yoga with that insane view of long beach, and ended with a mini sound bath?

meeting at the bottom, walking up (it's really not that bad i promise), then we'll flow on the grass at hilltop park. after yoga we'll lie down for a short sound bath because why not make this extra restorative, then hike back down together.

this is for anyone who's tired of squeezing wellness into a sterile studio and wants to remember that nature is literally everywhere if we just look up.

the vibes:

• mindful walking (we're not racing)
• grounded yoga flow at the top
• sound bath with singing bowls while you stare at the sky
• meeting cool people who also think this sounds fun!

bring: yoga mat or towel, water, comfy shoes for sidewalks + short dirt trails, sunglasses and/or a hat
