Led by Ulrike of River of Life Yoga, join us on Friday mornings at River Saint Joe for the peaceful way to start your weekend.This 75 minute Hatha yoga class is focused on warming the body with movement while the Sun warms the Earth. Taking place in the beer garden of River Saint Joe at Flatwater Farms, experience the beauty of the farm and the low buzzing of the natural world around you while you tune into your breath and clear your mind.
