Join Kaleighdoscope Yoga for an all levels yoga class at Rigsby Recreation Center every Thursday from 8:30am - 9:30am! Ease into your day with a gentle, breath-led flow designed to wake the body up from the inside out. In this class we will gradually build warmth and energy, then ease back down to leave you grounded and refreshed. Together we’ll sync breath with movement, cultivate mindful presence, and set a balanced, intentional tone for the day ahead.
