Join for an uplifting morning yoga flow at Burke Lake Park. Class will start with some grounding breath work, move into dynamic standing postures, and end with deep relaxing stretches; all while listening to and being surrounded by nature. All participants will receive a small token of appreciation and light snacks will be provided.
We will meet by the mini golf area.
