I’m excited to be launching a new weekly coached swim session at Bloxham School Pool, starting Thursday 28th May.
These sessions are designed for adults who already swim and want a calmer, more structured way to train before work without the chaos of a busy public lane.
Each session includes:
� Ability-based lanes
� Structured weekly swim sets
� Technique and pacing guidance
� A consistent, uncrowded swimming environment
Whether you swim for fitness, triathlon, general wellbeing or simply enjoy starting the day in the water, the aim is to provide a session that is welcoming, purposeful and professionally coached.
The sessions are suitable for adults who can comfortably swim 100m front crawl continuously.
� Bloxham School Pool
� Thursdays, 7am–8am from 28th May
� Limited spaces available
