Sound Bath Meditation

Join us at the Okanagan Centre Hall for an morning of calm, healing, and renewal under the nurturing energy of the new moon. This experience is designed to offer you a safe space to return to your body, release stress, and receive deep rest so that you can show up for yourself, and for your loved ones, with greater presence, clarity, and ease in the days to follow.

Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice guide you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic reset.

After the meditation tea will be served, offering space to ground, reflect, and connect in circle. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or anything you need to be comfortable on the ground, along with a journal for any reflections that arise.

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome here. This evening is an act of self-care; an opportunity to pause, rest, and honour your well-being. You deserve this time, and I am honoured to hold this space for you.

Amy Kathleen is a sound healer and musician who creates nurturing environments where participants can truly rest and receive the medicine of sound. With a Bachelor of Music and over 15 years of performance experience, she weaves together crystal chakra singing bowls, chimes, bells, and guided voice meditation to help you reconnect with your body, the earth, and your natural state of balance and vitality.
