Join me for an energizing Sixpack Class focused on deep core activation, body control, and functional strength training. In this class, you’ll work through targeted exercises designed to strengthen your abdominal muscles, improve stability, and build overall body awareness — always with clear guidance and step-by-step progressions.

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already experienced, this class offers a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself at your own pace.

About me

Hi, I’m Miriam — a fitness and Pilates trainer based in Berlin, passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

My classes combine effective core and strength training with mindful movement and body awareness. I focus on building real, functional strength — especially through targeted abdominal and full-body exercises that improve posture, stability, and overall fitness.

What makes my approach unique is the balance between challenge and enjoyment: I care about proper technique and training with intention, while also creating a motivating and welcoming atmosphere where you can push yourself and enjoy the process at the same time.

I believe fitness should not feel like a punishment or another stressful task on your schedule, but rather a meaningful investment in your physical and mental well-being. My goal is for you to leave each class feeling stronger, more energized, and more connected to your body.
