Join Claire at the magical Ballymaloe Grainstore for mini day retreat.
A week before the Summer Solstice we will gather and connect to the joyful energy of the brighter longer days!
A chance to join us for a special morning to soak up the bright surrounds of the Grainstore and salute the summer.
Expect an uplifting practice blending gentle mindful movement, restorative yoga and deep soothing relaxation that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and replenished.
This three hour workshop includes tea, snacks and of course Claire's seasonal handmade oil blends.
Sat 13th June – 10am – 1pm
After the workshop you are welcome to prolong the joy of the day by soaking up the beautiful Ballymaloe grounds with a stroll in the gardens or pop into the cafe or craft shop.
