Join us at Altered States Wellness Glade Parks for The Morning Reset, a curated luxury wellness pop-up featuring sound therapy, breathwork, cold plunges, and coffee.

Your $25 ticket includes the core Morning Reset experience, including sound therapy and breathwork experience, cold plunge access, select refreshments, and a curated take-home goodie bag.

The Experience

9:00 AM | Arrival + Check-In: Ease into the morning, explore our wellness products and partners, and settle in before the experience begins.

9:15 AM | Sound Therapy Immersion: A 45-minute immersive sound and breathwork experience designed to quiet the noise, deepen relaxation, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

10:00 AM | Cold Plunge + Wellness Social: Shift your energy with a cold plunge, then stay and mingle while enjoying specialty coffee and fresh juice.

🎁 The Morning Reset Goodie Bag: Every guest will leave with a curated goodie bag featuring some of our favorite FarmHouse Fresh samples and additional wellness treats.

What to Bring

• A yoga mat
• A pillow or cushion for added comfort
• A blanket for the sound experience
