MORNING REHEARSAL
About this Event
Morning Rehearsal begins at the barre, where participants work through a series of ballet exercises before translating the energy, rhythm and momentum of movement into drawing.
Part rehearsal, part experiment, the sessions explore how physical discipline, repetition and muscle memory generate unexpected marks, images and ideas.
Designed to build strength, focus and creative momentum, Morning Rehearsal offers an opportunity to begin the day through making rather than consuming.
No previous experience of ballet or drawing is required.
Coffee included.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement, including socks or ballet slippers.
Duration: 60 minutes
Capacity: 6 participants
